Wylie Input on Android and iOS (and Windows, and MacOS, and Linux)
There exists a multilingual input software called “Keyman” which exists for all major mobile and desktop systems and which allows typing in Tibetan. The software can be downloaded for free from www.keyman.com/. In particular, this software exists for Android and iOS.
